All returns must accompany a ‘Return Material Authorization’,
RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, you must call or E-mail
Moview Customer Service. Defective goods
will be replaced or credited at the customer’s option.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective products returned
for credit within the first 30 days after purchase. Between
31 – 60 days a 35% restocking fee will be applied based
on the original ship date. Between 61 – 90 days a 50%
restocking fee will be applied based on the original ship date.
Products will not be accepted for return after 90 days of
the original ship date. All items to be returned must be sent
back to Moview via pre-paid freight, with the
‘Return Material Authorization’, RMA number clearly
marked on the carton and packing slip.
***No freight collect shipments will be accepted.
Moview® reserves the right to accept or reject returned
product.
All returned products must be in original packaging. Otherwise
additional fees may be
applied.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method or
carrier. Return address will be provided when you receive your
‘Return Material Authorization’, RMA number
from Customer Service. Save your tracking number and if possible,
e-mail and/or call into Customer Service providing this number.
We cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We will only
refund a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
All refunds will only be processed upon satisfactory receipt
of the returned product.
